Country Leader

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Shared Services, the Country Leader-Manila SSC will serve as a strategic business partner and member of the Global Shared Services Leadership Team contributing to the companies business strategy, direction, and overall success. This strategic role is a key member toward the continued building of a “Best in Class” Shared Services team.

The role encompasses comprehensive oversight of the Manila Shared Services team, including leadership of local operations such as HR, Finance, and Facility Management. This position supports a growing workforce of over 350 individuals, ensuring they consistently exceed stakeholder expectations.
