DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement business development strategies tailored to the local market, in alignment with broader regional goals.
Identify growth opportunities and adapt the company's value proposition to meet the needs of partners or affiliates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Compliance, Marketing) to create and execute localized promotional campaigns.
Recruit, train, and manage a business development team with clear objectives and ongoing performance monitoring.
