Our client is seeking a Country Manager / General Manager for a well-established U.S.-based MLM company operating in Malaysia. The successful candidate will lead the overall business strategy, operations, and distributor network development for the Malaysian market. This role requires a seasoned leader with extensive MLM experience, strong commercial acumen, and proven success in driving growth, compliance, and team leadership. Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all operations, strategy, and performance of the Malaysian market, ensuring alignment with global corporate direction and standards.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth, distributor engagement, and long-term market sustainability.
• Manage and coordinate key business functions including sales, marketing, finance, logistics, and customer service for optimal efficiency.
