Oversee and manage all operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business development.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
Prepare and present reports on market performance and operational outcomes.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences in the Iberian P&L ownership for Iberia (Sales Revenue, Gross Profit, SG&A, Operational Profit)
Monitor performance against strategic objectives (top & bottom line)
Develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategies based on market analysis
