Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Country Manager to lead and grow our Molecular Diagnostics business across Mozambique and the broader South East Africa region. The role carries full commercial, operational, and people leadership responsibility, with a strong focus on public and private sector growth, long-term sustainability, and stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidate will bring deep industry experience, a strong understanding of local healthcare funding mechanisms, established relationships within the Ministry of Health and local laboratory funders, and the ability to develop and execute country‑specific sales strategies.
