What started as a small kiosk under a bridge in Kreuzberg has grown into a cult brand with dozens of locations. We are now taking the next step and expanding Burgermeister across the Nordics.

Country Manager Nordics

As Country Manager Nordics, you will build Burgermeister’s presence across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway from a regional hub in Copenhagen. You are responsible for establishing and scaling the business across all three markets - from site selection and lease negotiations to opening stores, building teams, and driving operational excellence.

You act as the founder of the Nordics region, owning full P&L responsibility and reporting directly to senior leadership.
