What started as a small kiosk under a bridge in Kreuzberg has grown into a cult brand with dozens of locations. We are now taking the next step and bringing the Burgermeister experience to Norway.
Country Manager – Norway
As Country Manager Norway, you will build Burgermeister’s presence in the country from the ground up. You are responsible for establishing and scaling the business locally — from site selection and lease negotiations to opening stores, building teams, and driving operational excellence. You act as the founder of the market, owning full P&L responsibility and reporting directly to senior leadership.
