Country Manager Pakistan

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic growth plan for XAD Technologies in Pakistan
• Lead and manage a team of sales, engineering, and support personnel
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Oversee all aspects of the business in Pakistan, including sales, operations, and finance
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Identify and develop new business opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve results
• Strong understanding of the Pakistani IT and Telecom market
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
