Country Manager (Production, Sourcing & Quality)

We are looking for

a  Country Manager (Production, Sourcing & Quality)  to join our Team! This person is expected to lead the Sourcing, Production, and Quality strategy definition and execution for both, our Apparel and our Beauty businesses, maximizing factory compliance, quality standards, and on-time productions, to achieve our goals of increasing customer satisfaction and profitability.
Requirements

Role Challenges

Develop and execute a sourcing strategy for omnichannel and multiple business units, which are at different stages.

Supplier management: lead relationships with factories globally, ensuring we have the right capacity and quality standards (agreements, audits, compliance).

Process Improvement: Foster a continuous improvement culture to increase efficiency and reduce costs in our production process.
