Country Manager

The Country Manager is responsible for the strategic direction and operational performance of the Chile operation. The incumbent will be accountable for defining the business strategy, identifying growth metrics, and executing on the defined goals while ensuring top quality, digital innovation and excellence in client service delivery and meeting the compliance and financial measures. Responsible for the performance of the Chile operation, specifically achieving revenue growth and operating earnings through effective leadership and cost management. Operational management of a multi-discipline claims unit with an estimate of 500 employees. P&L responsibility for the country.
