Job Description

- Oversee all country operations and take full responsibility for profit, revenue, and target achievement
- Oversee the entire ethical drug business, including ophthalmology and cardiovascular pharmaceuticals, as well as the cataract lens business
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Manage and lead the sales team, including performance management
- Manage approximately 20 staff members within the sales and marketing departments
- Negotiate and build relationships with distributors and other partner companies
- Prepare monthly and quarterly business performance reports
