Country Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for a country manager to join a European fashion manufacturer in Vietnam.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior leader to join a reputable fashion office to continue its growth and profitability. This role will require someone with good footwear experience, due to the main product base in factory.

The role:
Provide exceptional leadership, to continue the offices profit and development
Ensure production and product is created in a timely and high quality manner
Manage the full office, including HR functions and legal matters
Manage operational excellence looking at opportunities to move forward
Ensure the supplier based is optimised and work with senior leaders

The candidate:
Previous office management / country management experience with a European business
Commercial with extensive P&L and strategy experience
Able to manage large teams, to ensure continuous team development...
