Country Operations Manager

As part of our continued growth in the APAC region, Dennemeyer is recruiting a Country Operations Manager to lead, manage, and scale our Philippine operations based in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate will bring deep operational leadership experience, strong familiarity with BPO environments, and preferably exposure to the Intellectual Property (IP) industry.

This role will own operational delivery, people leadership, performance management, local compliance, and cross‑functional collaboration across regional and global stakeholders. The Country Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement of our Philippine operations while maintaining alignment with global standards.

The Country Operations Manager will report directly to the Managing Director, Southeast Asia, who is based in Singapore.
