Country Operations Manager

Position Purpose:

The Country Operations Manager works closely with the General Manager, ensuring the smooth coordination and optimal performance of all on-site operations. This includes ensuring high performance in country operations such as Continuous Improvement initiatives, achieving site cost optimization, regulatory compliance, and governance across Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Security, and Facilities. The Senior Country Operations Manager is critical to providing oversight to site Operations and providing a crucial link to all site’s functions. The core objective is to create a safe, efficient, and high-performing operational environment that enables the site to achieve its strategic and business goals.
