Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Country Service Manager to lead nationwide service operations for ATMs, Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs), and Banknote Sorting/Fitness Machines. The role ensures service excellence, SLA compliance, regulatory adherence, and high customer satisfaction across banking clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end service operations for ATM, CDM & sorting machines
Ensure high uptime, SLA achievement, and low MTTR
Manage preventive & corrective maintenance programs
Ensure compliance with SBP banknote sorting & fitness standards
Lead, train, and manage nationwide service teams
Act as escalation point for key banking customers
Oversee installation, calibration, software upgrades & audits
Manage spare parts, inventory & OEM coordination
