Coupa Technical Support Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Coupa Technical Support Consultant to support a live Coupa production environment. This role focuses on system stabilization, issue resolution, and day-to-day user support. The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on Coupa expertise, a solid understanding of CoupaSAP integrations, and the ability to provide effective Level 1 application support in a business-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 application support for Coupa users, including issue triage and first-level troubleshooting
• Investigate and resolve Coupa functional and technical issues in the production environment
• Support and troubleshoot CoupaSAP integrations, including interface, data flow, and transaction issues
• Analyze logs, error messages, and integration failures to identify root causes
