Responsibilities

Carrying out the normal duties and functions, which occur within a professional Laboratory Service. These duties and functions include

· Report to manager with any problems with clients

· Collecting of blood specimen and delivery reports in an appropriate time

· Ensuring that blood samples are transported timeously and safely

· Call on doctors as per instruction from the manager/ supervisor

· Comply with minimum standards of efficiency and accuracy, in order to meet company standards

· Follow pickup instructions from manager

· Comply with the company vehicle policy at all times

·· Inspect the bike for any defects and safe operating conditions before, during and after trips; and report any concerns to the manager

· Report on all accidents and incidents involving drivers or company equipment

· Adhere to the road traffic rules and regulations as per the National Road Traffic Act
