Courier Operations Executive

The Courier Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing daily courier and inventory-related activities to ensure smooth operational flow, accurate record-keeping, and timely deliveries. This role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy within the POS system, supervising staff, coordinating with vendors and couriers, and supporting overall business operations through effective communication and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all inventory data entered into the ERP software, minimizing discrepancies and maintaining reliable records.
• Lead and supervise a team of five personnel by assigning daily tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
