Job Scope (Job Description)

• Deliver and collect parcels to and from customers according to assigned routes.
• Ensure parcels are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.
• Scan and update parcel status using the SPX Express system or mobile application.
• Sort and manage parcels before and after delivery.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers.
• Comply with company procedures, safety guidelines, and traffic regulations.
• Report delivery issues such as damaged parcels, incorrect addresses, or unsuccessful deliveries to supervisors.

Requirements

• Open to male and female candidates
• Possess a valid driving license (B2 / D, depending on vehicle type)
• Own a motorcycle/vehicle or willing to use a company-provided vehicle (if available)
• Physically fit and able to perform outdoor delivery work
• Comfortable using smartphones (Android)
