Position Overview

Assist management in overseeing daily sort, delivery/pickup activities and remote domicile location/feeder operations. Lead the sector as assigned, ensuring best practices and effective operations and serve as a mentor to hourly employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sort, delivery/pickup activities and remote domicile location/feeder operations.
• Lead sector assignments, drive best practices and model effective leadership.
• Mentor and coach hourly employees, demonstrating strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ensure compliance with training, DG specialist certification, BP, and defensive driving updates.
• Maintain knowledge of FedEx products, services, and general operations.
