ResponsibilitiesProvide courier services directly to customers on a daily basis, including driving, customer service, and completing any related administration or paperwork.
- Offer efficient and safe delivery and pick‐up of packages and documents while representing the company in a professional manner.
- Operate non‐articulated vehicles safely and efficiently, complying with all governmental and corporate procedures.
- Accomplish accurate and timely selection and inspection of assigned packages and subsequent reporting of stop counts and missed sorts.
- Seek additional business from current customers, attempt to gain new business, and pass leads to the sales department.
- Answer customer questions on FedEx features of service and keep customers informed about the company and its services.
- Ensure packages conform to FedEx features of service, proper labeling, and that all paperwork is complete, neat, and accurate.
