Course Advisory

Location: Paya Lebar (Within walking distance from MRT)

Contract: 1-year (Subject for renewal)

Shift Hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm or 12pm – 8:30pm
Saturday (8:30am -12:30pm or 8:30am – 1:30pm)

Job description:

• Engage with customers to understand their interests and learning preferences
• Provide detailed information on courses, curriculum, and learning outcomes
• Handle enquiries and respond to emails promptly
• Update and maintain accurate records in the Training Management System and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience or customer service
• Confident and comfortable working with IT systems
• Competent in using MS Words and Excel for reports generation.
• Requires logical and analytical thinking.
• Good communication skills.
• Open to working shifts.
