House Duties and Pastoral Care
Organise and lead staff in the management of house duties and pastoral care. Ensure the students are being supervised at all times during the course, such as wake up, break times, afternoon and evening activity sessions, meal supervision and bedtime duty. Course Directors will live in their assigned boarding house and will contribute to the smooth running of the house, working collaboratively with all staff to provide a strong and competent welfare service; ensuring the physical and mental well-being of students and the correct reporting and logging of incidents. Build good rapport with students to ensure that you get to know them on a personal level.
Operational Planning
Work alongside the school Events team, Sean Duvall and head office pre arrival in order to ensure that sufficient preparation and planning has been completed. This includes, managing the Airtable system, corresponding with staff and students, the purchas...
