Court Registry Support Officer – Fixed Term, Full Time

As a Court Registry Support Officer, you will support the Court's day‑to‑day operations by supporting the administration function and providing customer service. Your day will involve engaging with participants, including Lawyers, Judges, and the public – whether over the phone, face to face or via email. You will work closely with Court Registry Officers and support them while they take Court and manage case files.

Day to day, your tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Providing timely and efficient customer service
• Supporting Judges and Court Registry Officers both in and out of the courtroom
• Providing general administrative support for Court Registry Officers, including photocopying, scanning, and file management
• Managing the incoming and outgoing mail
