Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong experience in Coveo Search platform (Cloud / Headless / Relevance tuning)
• Hands‑on with REST APIs, JSON, and web integration (React/Angular)
• Experience with search analytics, indexing, pipelines
• Knowledge of enterprise search / knowledge management systems

Preferred

• Experience in Insurance / Financial Services (Canada Life context)
• Exposure to CRM/CMS platforms (Salesforce, Sitecore, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps pipelines
• Understanding of AI‑driven search / relevance models
