Milk Education is recruiting enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Tamworth, working on both a long-term and short-term basis, starting immediately.

This is an exciting opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced Cover Supervisors, or individuals with experience working with young people to gain valuable classroom experience and make a positive impact in local schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects in the absence of the classroom teacher.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs.
• Encourage engagement and participation in learning activities.
