At Ormiston Sandwell Community Academy, we are looking to recruit a passionate Cover Supervisor, who is confident and able to work with our young people in a classroom environment to ensure that quality learning takes place during staff absence. Our Cover Supervisors supervise groups of students in the classroom whose work has been set and ensure learning takes place in a calm and orderly environment.
This is an important role to provide additional support to both staff and students across the key stages and will involve deployment to various departments in the Academy on an ‘as required’ basis.
