Job Description

Summary of Position

:

This person is responsible for providing “COWS World Class Service” to our customers. This person is also accountable for the day to day operations of the counter, and for being a team player.


Duties Include (but are not limited to):

  • Performing World Class Service

  • Greeting and serving ice cream customers

  • Preparation of all menu items

  • Preparation of cone batter, waffle cones and dishes

  • Replenishing paper supplies and syrup toppings

  • Handling cash – making change

  • Maintaining the fresh dairy clean atmosphere of the COWS store

  • Maintaining a clean fresh personal appearance at all times

  • Other duties as assigned by a Supervisor / Manage

    • Qualifications:

  • Has high energy, a warm pleasant attitude, outgoing, and is a team player
