Job Description

Owns and supports wirebonder, thermal cycling chamber, white light interferometer, laser marker and dage machine 
Installs, qualifies, and releases equipment into production 
Develops and executes equipment qualification and capability studies 
Troubleshoots equipment issues affecting product performance, yield, and reliability 
Drives reduction on equipment downtime thus keeping machine OEE at or above industry standard 
Optimizes equipment parameters to improve test accuracy, throughput, and repeatability 
Supports NPI and product transfers, ensuring test and packaging equipment readiness 
Collaborates with Process, Product and Quality Engineering teams on root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions 
Works with vendors on equipment installation, upgrades, calibration, and technical issues 
Ensures equipment compliance with safety, ESD, contamination control, and cleanroom requirements
