CP Operations Analyst

NES Fircroft is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to support a large, multi‑disciplinary, deep‑water technical program that relies on ultra‑high‑pressure technologies and time‑critical materials readiness.

You will help ensure the timely delivery of critical materials working across multiple teams and suppliers. The environment involves complex material requirements (including long‑lead items) and stringent delivery controls typical of ultra‑high‑pressure (20K) deep‑water operations.

Key Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end PO management in ERP: creation, cancellation, amendments, and goods receipt handling—especially for items with invoice/delivery issues; support AP, planners, engineers, and the materials team; elevate supplier concerns to contract leads
• Materials expediting: contact suppliers via email/phone for real‑time updates to ensure urgent items reach the asset team on time; keep ERP information accurate
