Role Description

The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall business operations of the Group, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and company standards.

This role drives performance management, strategic execution, process optimization, and team leadership across functions. The Senior Manager works closely with internal teams and clients to ensure the achievement of service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall business objectives.
