**General Worker Tier 1**

**General Worker Tier 1 – 2nd Shift | Pierceton, IN**

**Pay:** $21.85
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a **General Worker Tier 1** . In this role, you will support metal finishing operations to ensure high-quality products are produced according to customer, quality, and ISO standards.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Perform deburring, grinding, flattening, blasting, and cleaning of surgical cases and trays
+ Inspect products using blueprints, calipers, and measuring tools
+ Conduct visual inspections for burrs and quality defects
+ Complete required production documentation and paperwork
+ Maintain equipment and assist with troubleshooting production issues
+ Follow all company safety, quality, and ISO procedures
+ Assist with assembly work and support other departments as needed
