Job Purpose
Investigate the performance and energy efficiency of the memory subsystem for mobile devices. Develop the simulator for the memory controller and DRAM devices. Research and develop novel techniques for improving the processor performance/energy/power efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Deep profiling of the memory subsystem for mobile CPUs and workloads.
Develop a simulator for the memory controller and DRAM devices.
