Job Description

Reporting into the Director, the Professionally registered Quantity Surveyor will handle the following:

Prepare feasibility estimates, cost plans, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects
Manage tendering and procurement processes including the preparation and evaluation of tender documentation
Provide contract administration services and advise clients on contractual matters
Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle
Assess, negotiate, and manage variations, claims, and final accounts
