Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a customer focus reputation with both clients and candidates
Attract and retain high-calibre employees
Coordination of training and on-boarding for billable staff
Manage employee career development processes
Build relationships with the objective of increasing business opportunities within established clients
Deliver quality service to clients via highly successful line management of PharmaNet/i3 billable employees placed within client organizations
Quality Focus ? deliverables, reports, employees’ performance, Best Practice 
Work with Business Development and support service offerings 

Requirements
BSc or equivalent and a minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in a clinical role within the Pharmaceutical or CRO/Staffing environment
Knowledge of clinical research processes essential
