Job Description

ACCOUNTABILITY:
持续提升维修工作，以高质量、高效率地提高按时完成率，通过提升维护/维修知识和问题解决能力，支持TPU/PCG/PHC/UTI制造部门在卓越的HSES（健康、卫生、环境与安全）管理下，以目标成本、质量和服务水平生产并交付合规产品。
Continuously improve maintenance work execution to improve on-time completed rate with high quality and efficiency to support TPU/PCG/PHC/UTI manufacturing departments to produce and deliver compliant products at targeted cost, quality and service levels under excellent HSES management through improving maintenance knowledge and problem-solving skill.
主要职责：

RESPONSIBILITIES:
对车间生产设备进行日常维护巡检，并将异常信息报告给维修主管

Execute daily maintenance inspection for equipment, report abnormal information to maintenance foreman 

独立执行关键机械设备的预防性维护工作和故障检修工作。

Implement critical mechanical PM and troubleshooting work independently 

培训并带领承包商实施日常维修工作，包括工作成果的核查和验收。

Coach and lead contractor implement daily maintenance work including check and accept delivery.
