Job Description

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile, tower, or crawler cranes to lift and transfer materials safely
• Conduct daily equipment inspection and basic preventive maintenance
• Read load charts and ensure lifting within rated capacity
• Coordinate with riggers and signalmen during lifting operations
• Follow site safety rules and Philippine occupational safety standards
• Keep records of crane operations and maintenance
• Ensure proper crane setup, leveling, and stabilization before lifting

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Certified Crane Operator (e.g., training/certification from Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA))
• Relevant work experience in construction or industrial sites preferred
