• Autonomously ideate large volumes of content across multiple platforms & formats
• Create content that builds real connections with consumers — measured by attention (likes, comments, shares, saves… you know the drill)
• Analyze real-time performance and optimize content based on learnings
• Collaborate cross-functionally on rapid-fire requests & tight timelines
• Partner with Creative Strategists to craft community responses & engagements
• Participate in brainstorms, kick-offs & creative strategy conversations bringing ideas to the table
