Job Description

                    Creative and Content Manager  POSITION PURPOSE  Lead the creation of best-in-class designs and concepts for Sephora ME to delight and inspire our customers. 
Build strong creative executions during key commercial periods in the year such as Ramadan, Sales and Festive. 
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle while serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders 
Manage projects and processes with other teams 
Lead a team of talented graphic designers and copywriters 
Work closely with the Creative Director to implement creative strategies and vision 
 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES  Leadership & Team Management  Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. 
Oversee the workload, processes, and performance of the graphic design team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
