Role Summary

Creative Campaign Marketing is the “brain of the campaign team,” responsible for planning FutureSkill’s Product Year Package—from ideation and strategy to campaign planning, brief writing, and coordinating with creative/content/design/media teams. The role emphasizes hands-on experience in digital campaigns and KPI-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and design creative campaign strategies for the Product Year Package (quarterly/monthly/promotion periods).
  • Develop the campaign concept and Big Idea, then translate it into clear, sales-driving Key Messages / Angles / Hooks.
  • Deliver end-to-end campaign planning: Objective → Target → Insight → Proposition → Channel Plan → Timeline → initial Budget.
