Creative Content Lead

The Creative Content Lead is responsible for filming, editing, and delivering high-performing short-form video content. This role is execution heavy and performance-focused. This role is focused on creating high-impact, short-form videos that stand out on TikTok and YouTube Shorts, using smart content stacking strategies to scale reach quickly and cost-effectively.

The ideal candidate is a fast and independent content creator with a deep understanding of short-form platforms, trends, and how to generate strong organic traction.

This role works closely with the Senior Director of Social Media and PR and the Social Media Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

• Film short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Edit videos with strong hooks, pacing, and clarity
• Create UGC style demos, tutorials, and trend-driven content
• Deliver post-ready assets consistently and on time
• Shoot basic product photography when needed ...
