About the Role
We're looking for a Creative Content Lead who specializes in short-form video content and thinks like a PD / Content Producer.
This role's top priority is creating high-performing short-form videos—especially Instagram Reels and TikTok video—that are engaging, trend-aware, and have strong viral potential. While we plan to explore YouTube and long-form content in the future, our immediate focus is on scroll-stopping short-form content.
You should deeply understand products, brands, and target audiences, and be able to turn that understanding—combined with strong creative intuition—into content that performs.
