Creative & Content Operations Lead

We are hiring a
Creative & Content Operations Lead (Player Coach)
to own daily content production and creative operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, systems, and consistent output.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily content production pipeline (video and static content)
• Build and maintain reusable template systems
• Lead designers, editors, and email creatives
• Publish and QA content in CMS platforms
• Ensure brand consistency, speed, and on-time delivery

Requirements

• Experience with high-frequency content production
• Strong design fundamentals and template-based workflows
• CMS publishing experience
• Ownership mindset and ability to lead without micromanagement
• Fluent English and EST overlap

Salary range

USD 2,700 – 3,200 monthly (LATAM contractor)
