Creative Designer

About The Role
We're looking for a Performance Creative Designer who can create scroll-stopping ad creatives and social media content that converts. You'll design high-impact visuals for paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) and organic social content for both AIO and our restaurant clients. This role blends creativity with performance marketing, you'll use data and AI tools to iterate quickly and optimize for results.
What will be your responsibilities?
Design high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns- static images, carousels, and light motion
Create scroll-stopping social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with strong hooks and CTAs
Rapidly iterate on creative variations for A/B testing based on performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS)
Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana Pro, Higgsfield, Adobe Firefly) to accelerate production and ideation
