Creative Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Creative Designer who can create scroll-stopping ad creatives and social media content that converts. You'll design high-impact visuals for paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) and organic social content for both AIO and our restaurant clients. This role blends creativity with performance marketing; you'll use data and AI tools to iterate quickly and optimize for results.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Design high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns - static images, carousels, and light motion
• Create scroll-stopping social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with strong hooks and CTAs
• Rapidly iterate on creative variations for A/B testing based on performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS)
• Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana Pro, Higgsfield, Adobe Firefly) to accelerate production and ideation
