Creative Director - Brand

Robots & Pencils is seeking a senior‑level Art Director, Brand Experience to own and evolve the company's visual identity as the organization scales. This is a fully internal role focused exclusively on brands, not client delivery.

This is a hands‑on brand leadership position. You will define the visual system, establish governance, and lead execution across all external brand touchpoints. You will introduce structure, workflows, and quality controls that allow the brand to scale without dilution.

You will operate with full accountability for how Robots & Pencils shows up in the market. This is not advisory brand guidance. This is ownership of systems, decisions, and outcomes.

You will partner closely with executive leadership, marketing, and business development to ensure the brand consistently reflects the technical excellence and creative intelligence of our work.
