What You‘ll Do Every Day

• Write hooks, scripts, and copy that stop the scroll and drive action
• Get on set and direct — camera, talent, energy, everything
• Own the creative strategy across Meta ads, Reels, and short-form
• Build and lead the creative team we‘re putting together
• Sit with the founder‘s office and shape what the brand looks, sounds, and feels like
• Review edits, push back, and make the final call
