Campaign & Marketing Development Direct the conceptualization and execution of advertising campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing initiatives. Oversee creative development for digital, print, retail, and in-store marketing materials. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective promotional strategies that drive consumer engagement and sales. Packaging & Product Branding Lead packaging design and product branding initiatives from concept through production. Ensure packaging and visual merchandising effectively communicate brand values and stand out in retail environments.
