Creative Director - Growth (Ads)

We’re looking for a Creative Director - Growth (Ads) to lead our creative performance charter. This is the role that turns insight into scale.

You’ll build our ads engine from the ground up — team, systems, output, and standards. You’ll shape how Seekho shows up across platforms and ensure our creatives don’t just look good, but drive real growth.

This is for someone who understands metrics as well as storytelling. Someone who can zoom out to define the narrative and zoom in to fix the first three seconds of a hook.

What You’ll Own

• Set the creative direction for all performance-led advertising
• Build and lead a sharp, fast-moving in-house ads team
• Turn user insights and data into high-converting scripts and concepts
• Continuously test new formats, angles, hooks, and structures
• Create a repeatable system for producing and iterating winning creatives
