At CAB Experiences , we create brand-led experiences that people remember, talk about, and post about. We’re looking for a Creative Director (Concepts) who can turn brand insights into big ideas and lead teams to bring them to life across on-ground experiences

What you’ll do

• Decode brands—understand their voice, guidelines, and objectives
• Bring fresh, strategic, brand-friendly ideas to the table
• Lead ideation and brainstorming to craft strong, original event concepts
• Mentor and guide creative teams, setting the bar for thinking and execution
• Visualise experiences end-to-end and translate ideas into compelling decks
• Own, present, and sell concepts confidently
• Lead and actively contribute to new business pitches
